Corporate Social Responsibility

We acknowledge that we have a responsibility to reduce our negative impact on the local and global environment. We will also seek, through partnerships with our clients to heighten the positive impact we have on the economic, social and environmental welfare of the localities in which we work.

Our Environmental Aim

Through good management of all our activities and events we aim to:

· Reduce our negative impact on the environment through our business practices

· Annually review our practices as we move towards being a more eco-friendly business

· Raise awareness within our organisation of the environmental issues that relate to our business practices

· Raise awareness with our customers of the environmental issues that relate to our business practices

· Reduce our use of supplies and energy through our business practices, where possible minimising waste and using sustainable materials

· Assist our customers to use the environment in an environmentally sensitive way

· Encourage our customers to contribute to environmental charities and projects and help them to reduce their carbon footprint

· Liaise with the local community

· Use local suppliers and services where possible

One Percent each for the Planet

Working with our clients we utilise the natural environment to provide real experiences and real adventure leading to real learning. Although we will always seek to have minimum impact on the environment, we acknowledge that we can never have zero impact.

We acknowledge our responsibility to the natural environment by donating the equivalent of 1% of our fees to an environmental charity or project local to the area in which the event takes place. We invite our clients to match this with a further 1% contribution.
