Provisional Bookings: |
| At the request of clients we will hold provisional bookings for a period of 14 days from the original enquiry. |

Confirmation of bookings: |
| We will confirm bookings upon receipt of a 25% deposit. |

Insurance |
| Adventure Scotland Ltd carries full Public Liability Insurance. We recommend that all our clients take on personal accident/cancellation/curtailment cover and that they check to ensure they are covered for the activities they are doing with us. |
| |
Cancellation/Postponement |
| Where a client cancels before the due dates, cancellation fees will apply as follows: |
| 56 days or more |
25% deposit |
| 42 to 56 days prior to the event |
35% |
| 28 to 41 days prior to the event |
50% |
| 15 to 27 days prior to the event |
75% |
| 14 days prior to the event |
100% |

| All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Business Manager. |
| |
| Where an activity is postponed and re-scheduled to a later date, we will charge a £30 administration fee. |
| |
Modification or Curtailment of programmes |
| Adventure Scotland Ltd reserves the right, at the discretion of the activity co-ordinator, to make changes to planned activities or to curtail activities on safety grounds based on our risk assessment and operating procedures. This would normally only apply in a situation where, in the judgement of the senior person present, continuing with the planned activity would compromise the safety of clients and/or Adventure Scotland Ltd personnel. Any such decision will be made in good faith and in the best interests of the client. Consequently no refund on the agreed fees will be available. |

Invoicing & Payment |
| Invoices will be sent out following the receipt of a deposit and will be due for payment four weeks (30 days) prior to the activity date. All bookings for activities that are made within this four week period will be subject to full payment. |

Equipment |
| All safety equipment for the activity you are undertaking will be provided. |
